Markus - Markus CD-R (2001)
Solo release from member of various Finnish units such as Avarus & Kemialliset Ystävät. Just under 20 minutes of floating, "free" folk. Rather lovely.

"These are four of the wildest sessions ever recorded by Italian space brothers Maurizio and Roberto Opalio at their famed Space Room in Torino, Italy. Cosmic guitar whirls and piano-toy action alongside a tribal, compulsive percussion-set which makes their space drones shake the air the way Xenakis would have made if he ever had directed a primitive tribe from another galaxy..."
CD reissue on Polydor Japan of Os Mutantes 3rd release from 1970. "...a testament to the Mutantes mk. 1 as a creative unit...and really taking the intricate and enticing musical textures of debut album Os Mutantes (1967) and their cherished follow up Mutantes (1969) further than we ever thought possible. Clearly, this is rock music at it's finest." - Julian Cope, Head Heritage.
New York "no wave" legends. "Mars was formed in December, 1975 and played their first show in January, 1977 at CBGB's under the name 'China' which became Mars shortly after. During 1977 and 1978 they played around 25 shows without leaving Manhattan mostly alternating between CBGB's and Max's Kansas City. The last performance was at Max's in December 1978"
Another limited to 100, now out-of-print deal. "An Acid Mothers Temple reissue of the "White Sands EP", the second release by MAQUILADORA, an underground psychedelic trio from San Diego. Remixed by Makoto Kawabata. A classic of real American psychedelia, illuminated by a deep acid glow."
