Stalwarts of the contemporary psych noise world team up for one of a pair of releases. Here we have Robert Beatty, Trevor Tremaine, Spencer Yeh, Marcia Bassett and Matthew Bower; recorded Nov 5, 2005 at the Horrible Room in Lexington, KY. This one was limited to 100 copies and is now long disappeared.
Matthew Bower and Marcia Bassett at it again, this time delivering two long (23 & 29 minute) & deep excursions into noise. Another of those limited deals, only 100 or 200 or some such number were made available.
Double CD-R release on the Heavy Blossom inprint, limited to 200 copies. Epic, sonic overload as Hototgisu—Matthew Bower (Skullflower, Sunroof!) and Marcia Bassett (Double Leopards)—do so well. This was later reissued on Important Records with some extra material tagged on, I believe, but here you have an original version with handmade covers...so much more personal, don't you think?
