"19" - Ninety Seven Circles CD (1996)
"19" (also 19/Juke) was the musical project of artist Shinro Ohtake, they released a handful of recordings in the early 1980s, later reissued on Time Bomb. They were said to be a big influence on Boredoms (Ohtake later recorded w/ Boredom's Eye as Puzzle Punks) which you can definitely hear on this, the second "19" release. The general aura of primitive squall, noise and no wave/deconstruction glaze here is just right.
