Ordering Information

General Information

All items for sale are used items I'm selling from my collection. They're mostly all in mint to near-mint condition - if there are any quality issues with any of them, I'll note it in the description. Except in a few cases where I've mistakenly doubled-up on something, there's only one of each item available. Once it's gone, that's it.

Payment

All prices are in Japanese Yen. There are lots of currency converters available on the web, etc, if you're not sure how the price converts into your own currency. Ask if uncertain.

From Outside Japan

Paypal is the best payment option if not in Japan. When you make your order, if you choose this option you should automatically be sent to the Paypal site where you can sign in and complete the order.
I'll happily accept yen if you want to post it to me. Bank transfers are a possibility. Cheques and money orders aren't a good idea due to the hassles of getting them cashed. If you want to try a non-Paypal payment method, choose the "Money transfer" option when making your order, I'll confirm details with you once the order is received.

Within Japan

For Japanese-based orders, pretty much any payment method is acceptable - bank transfer, registered post, COD, and obviously Paypal. Choose the payment option you want, and in the case of non-Paypal orders I'll contact you to confirm details once the order is received.

Auction Items

The wining bidder will be notified once the auction is closed. In the event of the winning bidder deciding they no longer want the item, it will be re-listed on the site.

Postage and Shipping

All items are sent by Japan Post. Overseas orders are shipped as a small packet, this is the cheapest and fastest way to send things (you can view postage rates by region at the Japan Post site). Postage is automatically calculated on checkout, based on an item's weight. There's also a small packaging fee.
I'll try and get orders posted within 2-3 days of receiving payment, you'll receive notification once the order ships. In most cases, items should be delivered with 7-10 days of mailing. All items will be shipped in secure, padded envelopes for CDs or sturdy mailers for LPs.

Insurance/tracking: If you want your order insured or want tracking, please choose the "Money Transfer" option when placing your order. Once I have a total including postage, I'll let you know the cost.

Returns:

Sorry, I don't accept returns. Once you buy something, that's it. The one exception to this is in the event you mistakenly get sent something you didn't order.
