yoko muronoi DVD's
« on: December 16, 2007, 12:01:40 PM »
I noticed that there are 2 new dvd's featuring yoko muronoi at Galleria Zarigania titled "solo dance"  i was lucky enough to get Planet 1.  I guess the question is on Planet 1 the musicians are listed but the solo dance seems to imply that it is just that, solo dance without any accompaniment, sounds pretty minimal. anyone have any info they could share?  i'm going to go ahead and get Kagihori.

thanks

Kagerohi is also listed elsewhere on the Zarigania site, in a list of Muronoi's dance pieces. Same venue, though the date is slightly different - but Ikuro Takahashi is listed as providing music for the piece:

On a similar Ikuro note, the UK festival promoters Arika have recently posted a whole bundle of downloadable MP3s and photos from their Shadowed Spaces and Music Lovers Field Companion events on their website. Some great sets there, including a performance by Anoyo no dekigoto. Make sure you hear the Junko and Masayoshi Urabe set too, just mindblowing.
