Oh how I want that Archive1-6 Fushitsusha box. I shouldn't read the description, it just makes me ache.

I haven't heard anything about a new Sanhedrin recording - what's your source?

There is a long-delayed trio album by Natsuno Mitsuru (from Sanhedrin), Haino and Ishibashi Eiko, due on a Japanese label called Rhythm Tracks on November 6. It's called 「離場有浮」, which they seem to want to read as "Reverb".

A bit of a coup for them perhaps. It's listed on their website at the moment: http://www.eclipse-records.com/index2.shtml

No mention on poisonpie and my Japanese isn't up to making sense of the official Haino website to see if it's on there at all.

The new Sanhedrin has now been added to the poisonpie discography with a cover scan: http://poisonpie.com/sounds/haino/text/index1.html

Still no sign of it anywhere other than Eclipse though.

I believe BzL picked up a copy at the Haino show in Paris at the end of October. Any word on what it's like?

I wanted to like this but I cannot stand Yoshida's drumming. I know it's his thing but does he ever stop playing just a little? If you thought there needed to be more Music Transonic albums then this is for you. I prefer Haino albums where he is in control of the rhythm.
