Hijokaidan - Lord Of The Noise DVD

I was wondering if anyone here owns a copy of Hijokaidan's CD+DVD release "Lord Of The Noise".

And if so, could anyone make a dvd rip of the dvd for me?

I am incredibly interested in watching it but have absolutely no means to purchase it.
